On LJ, go to http://livejournal.com/syn, with a paid account. At the bottom of the page you find a box to enter the url http://quotation-marks.blogspot.com/rss.xml and then you will be given a chance to name it as an LJ feed. Normal LJ naming rules apply, adding _feed or _fd is just a naming convention that some folks use.
