elizabearIn 2000 or so, a huge cargo terminal in Watertown was heavily renovated and turned into a commercial for-rent co-lo data center. I used to drive by and see "space available" signs.
I drove by today, and watched the backhoes clearing the mountains of rubble away. That's right, they knocked the whole damn gigantic thing down to make room for some new project. There's probably about 3 acres of land there.
Wonder how much money the data center lost?
