Yeah, this is going to be condos. Beacon Properties bought it, and there's going to be 300 (!) condos there. (This is the place across from Russo's on Pleasant St, yeah?). It was at one time Quincy Cold Storage. The colo was pretty much always a placeholder.
Overall, I think it will be a good thing, particularly since the town has got the developer commit to significant improvements to Pleasant St., which is a total mess.
