I have a lovely new external hard drive for my Mac. It's in MS-DOS format by default, so I should probably reformat it before I start really using it. Which new format should I use? I can choose from

• Mac OS Extended
  
• Mac OS Extended Journaled
  
• Mac OS Extended Case-Sensitive
  
• Mac OS Extended Journaled Case-Sensitive
