Oh PS - we're talking with n2mlq and bridgetminerva about getting 2 nannies for the 5 combined kids for some periods of the con.

hmm, that could be interesting too. I don't think we've thought about it too much yet. I guess we'll probably book a room at the Embassy suites also.

Do you know where boardgaming or such are to be? The website is sadly lacking in detail.

Sorry, haven't heard about the boardgaming, though I have heard that the con is basically using every room on the 5th floor of the Palais, so it may be up there: http://www.anticipationsf.ca/English/Palais

Where did you get the babysitting information? I'm trying to find various bits of information, and not having lot of luck.

We may not do the Embassy due to the lack of pool.

n2mlq is the Tech Director and has 3 small kids, so he's picking up unpublished tidbits. He's actually up there now for a staff meeting yesterday.

I believe the pool renovations will be finished by the time of the con.

Front desk says the pool will be finished by "late spring".
